I fell off like crazy on my workout routine but it’s time to get back in gear. I often come up with random ass theories and things to test out so this falls right in line. I am not going to count calories during my program I am simply going to put my food in paper plates and use my intuition. By using paper plates I will be able to feel the weight of the food and use my hands as a scale. My logic behind this is the heavier the plate the longer it takes for me to burn it off. If it is extremely heavy that will be the only thing I eat that day. Your body is furnace running on chemical energy. The way they used to measure calories in food is by lighting it on fire. So if something burned up quickly it was low in calories, burn slowly or barely caught fire it had a high calorie count. I’m also goin to make my plate colorful; by colorful I mean stay away from dark foods. Dark foods normally are red meat and potatoes I am also going to eat as much red as I can. If you aint know the color red aides in weight loss. Cut out juice including powerade and all that other bullshit and just. drink straight water. No gym work just sprints and bodyweight exercises straight warrior style. I’ll post a workout when I come up with a comprehensive plan. Gladiator season has begun, let’s get it!
