As you to develop your kingdom, your are going to slowly start despising people having control over your life and your movements. As a man first and foremost having to answer to someone else is direct blow to your ego and it is toxic for your growth and well being. Many men I have noticed in position they have to answer to someone else are very somber people. The hierarchy of office command can be a bitch especially when you are dealing with people in positions not gained by work ethic and leadership qualities but by friendships and seniority. It eats away at any chance of true change that would change the climate of a mediocre environment. Imagine that every step and goal is set by the whims of irrational people with a high school mentality. People in these positions have come to grips with their mediocrity and they do their best to force it on you and make it seem rational. In order to build your destiny you will have to cut the strings that tie you to other people. In some cases it not people; it’s habits and vices. Floyd Money Mayweather understood this principle. Had he still been underneath Bob Arum he would not be as rich as he is. He fights when he wants to and who he wants to. He has complete control over his image and his empire. Now ask yourself does Manny Pacquiao? Both are top tier fighters but one has complete control over his career and fights while the other can’t establish his own fights and fights when he is told to. Which person do you think is truly happier with their career at the end of the day? You must cut the strings even if it’s one at a time over a period of years. Kings don’t answer to no one but themselves and God. Til the next episode , 1000.
