To the simpleton an empty parking lot is just that, an empty parking lot. But to the gladiator it is a proving ground that separates the champions from the amateurs. This is a cardio routine I came up with to do in between the Gladiator’s routine. I am going to perform this routine twice a week. For starters find the biggest empty parking lot you can find; preferably one with hills around the perimeter. You will also need a jump rope. To start the routine run a lap around the entire lot. After that is completed, find the longest straight away and sprint as fast as you can to the other side of the parking lot. Give yourself a 2minute rest. Do 50 rotations on the jump rope. Give yourself a minute rest. Complete another lap around the lot. When finished make your way to the base of the biggest hill on the lot. Sprint up it as fast you can and walk back down so you don’t hurt yourself. Repeat the hill sprint 10 times. Give yourself a 5 minute rest. Perform another lap around the lot and repeat the routine as many times as you can. This will melt fat off of you in no time. You will hate me now but thank me when the women stop in awe of your dieselness. Gladiator out.
