In my quest for dieselness I have came up with a protein shake that will help with your daily protein needs. In case your didn’t know you should take in about half your bodyweight in protein. Protein shakes taste like shit; if they tasted any other way they are loaded with sugar and other unnecessary things. This will be my breakfast for the next 4 months.
1 Scoop of Whey Protein Powder
1 Tablespoon of Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter
1 Tablespoon of Ground Flaxseed
1 Tablespoon of Vegetable Protein
1 Banana Chopped
1 1/2 Cups of 2% Milk
Put contents in blender and blend
